For information related to visa requirements to enter Australia please consult the Australian government website here https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/getting-a-visa/visa-listing .
Please note that you should apply for your visa at least 6–8 weeks before your intended date of travel to Australia (or two weeks for online applications) as visa processing times may vary. ISAP2022 will not refund author registrations or publish no show papers in IEEE Xplore due to visa issues.

Invitation Letter
If you are an author, you can obtain a standard invitation letter by downloading it in the pdf format from EDAS. The Visa icon for downloading will be available next to your paper information on EDAS after you upload your final camera-ready manuscript. Please note that to upload your final camera-ready manuscript you will first need to register for the conference. Please note that the standard invitation letter available on EDAS does not include a signature from the conference organisers. If you require a signed letter with a conference logo please follow the instructions below.
If you need an invitation letter with a signature please complete this form. The ISAP2022 Local Arrangements Chair willl then produce the letter and send it to you via email within five days of receiving your request. Please indicate in your request if you require your invitation to be sent to you by mail (allow extra time for postal delay). You will need to register for the conference before your request for an invitation letter can be processed. No invitation letter will be issued until your registration has been completed, confirmed and paid.
